Delete per Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Wikipedia:Albanian and Serbian wikipedians cooperation board. Same concerns: The project never really became active and hasn't been edited since 2008. In addition, if these pages are deleted, then Category:Assyrian-Syriac wikipedia cooperation board should be deleted as well per WP:G8. Steel1943 ( talk) 15:54, 21 February 2019 (UTC)

value, so delete it like the Albania/Serbia one. There is no rationale to userspace this; we don't do that with failed wikiprojects, and if this isn't going to do anything then we have no reason for someone perpetually hosting a defunct old forum of sorts in user space (NOTFORUM, NOTWEBHOST) as some kind of memorial to unworkable project ideas. If it's not going to be useful in projectspace, then it could not possibly work better in userspace where no one would find it. — Preceding
