Being used by sockpuppets of indedinitely blocked user as a soapbox for him label incidents and groups as "terrorists". User is extremely unlikely to be unblocked, so the page serves no purpose.

Delete Indeffed user, so I don't think he'll be editing it any time soon... ~~

Comment it does serve a useful purpose, in that it enables others to quickly see which IPs Ryan kirkpatrick/Ryan Kirky/Belfast 19 is using and ascertain whether he is editing any other articles. However I am not familiar enough with policies to know whether this is adequate reason to keep the list.

I agree it serves a purpose. I do not think however that allowing this editor to effectively label people as terrorists (see the top entry of
User talk:Ryan kirkpatrick/ List of terrorist incidents, 2010#March for just one example) justifies retaining this page, especially when he is generally quite easy to spot anyway.

Delete, point taken O Fenian & Johnuniq. Note to admins: much of the list is duplicated on Ryan kirpatrick's talk page, which is where he created the list before he figured out he could have it on a subpage.
