User:Redon skikuli/Cast-a-blast
This was created on 7 October 2010, and has never been edited since that day. An IP editor tagged it with a "userspace draft" template, but there is no indication whether the author intended it as a draft for an article, or just as a page to stay in userspace. However, whatever the intention, the reality is that it has stayed in userspace, with no indication that it is ever going to go anywhere else. In any case, the page is not suitable as an article, as there is no indication of satisfying the notability guidelines, either in the page or, as far as I can find, elsewhere. The user page guideline says "Userspace ... should not be used to indefinitely host pages that look like articles", and that is exactly what is happening here.
