I am nominating a list of subpages listed here Special:PrefixIndex/User:Paperwheel/. This account has only ever edited live articles twice and appears to have spent the greater part of 1.3 years creating subpages and adding userboxes and bits and pieces of junk to them. Account stopped editing over a year ago. As they apparently have no intention of actually editing here, these pages serve no purpose and are an inappropriate use of the Wiki. • Weak keep. It looks to me like the editor has used his user space as a series of bookmarks and to-do lists; articles to create or review, Wikipedia policies to refer to. He may have not followed up on much of this, but I don't see the harm. I don't think we're into WP:NOTMYSPACE territory here; he just didn't follow through on his plans. If the editor had a more recent edit history, my !vote would be a straight Keep on the premise that we'd be interfering with his organization of work; it's only weak because, he may never come back, so may not be harmed by the deletion. • Delete There are other users/projects organizing userboxes too, but since this user is inactive and hasn't really organized much, I'd agree with TJRC that deleting this won't do any harm. Netalarm talk 04:55, 15 August 2010 (UTC) reply
