Keep inactivity is not a valid reason to delete user pages. Possibly we could add something noting the bot is inactive, though I don't see any reason at all to delete it. Hut 8.511:08, 18 August 2013 (UTC)reply
Keep No reason to get rid of things just because no one is around to maintain them. By that logic we'd be deleting whole swaths of the userspace.

Keep exactly where are you supposed to store the information about the bot, if you delete this? Clearly if you come upon a bot edit, accessing its userpage would explain the bot more easily than sorting through the archives of bot approvals to see if it did or did not refer to the userpage for explaining things or not, and if it didn't explain at the approval process then needing to find the page you copied this info to. --
