Keep We allow people to leave negative constructive feedback in the hopes that Wikipedia will improve on any potential shortcomings. Ironically, he may turn out to be correct - even if this closes as keep this time, as long as someone keeps nominating it every once in a while, it will eventually close as delete while people aren't paying attention, and gradually yet another act of censorship will go quietly unnoticed so that Wikipedia stays beyond reproach.
