Delete - this was userfied after deletion at
this AfD and several reintroductions with different capitalisations led to the title being salted. I would normally think it reasonable to give the author time to add sources, but there are worrying aspects:
this request at WP:REFUND includes "we believe our article was removed maliciously because of the efforts of Mrs Marian Franklin of the "Shaka Franklin Foundation" she was very upset with this article" - the article does indeed make derogatory references to the Frankin family, and we should not host unsourced negative BLP even in user space. The request makes it clear that the author is Antheiaus Conquest and has a major COI, and indeed I wonder whether his feud with the Franklins may not be the main point of the article - it certainly occupies a good deal of it. Incidentally, his suspicion of why the first version was deleted is quite unfounded - I took it to AfD after I came on it by following "what links here" from a deleted article, thought it read oddly, made some checks and found so little that I thought it was probably a hoax.
Also, even if all the Franklin business were removed, we need to consider what likelihood there is of notability being established. When this article was first posted in March 2006 it said "Hoodywood Records is Conglomeride Inc.’s flagship music brand, and has grown into a diverse entertainment company" and "The label currently maintains an ever-growing staff, with field offices in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Nevada and Denver, Colorado." Considering that four years later
their web-site is still in "Coming soon" mode, and searches find absolutely no independent confirmation, the label is certainly not notable now, and is not progressing very fast towards notability.
Delete I would normally like to give a little more time to improve this article, but given the very strong allegations in the article, without a single reference, it should go. --SPhilbrickT15:10, 25 April 2010 (UTC)reply
Delete I did a lot of research trying to find something that confers notability, but there is no discussion of this label in independant sources. I don't think the user could Wikify this article if they tried. That said, they made a big huff about its deletion about 4 months afterward for one day, and hasn't come back since. I don't see any reason to keep this here.
