Does not comply with WP:UP. Contains BLP violations. Contains excessive personal information. Left user a warning on Talk page. He removed warning and did not respond or otherwise correct problems. Bbb23 ( talk) 00:33, 13 October 2011 (UTC)
I created my own personal page years ago as a way of writing down some things that I did not want to forget after I had a horrific motorcycle accident in 2001 and the events that happened after my hospitalization and rehabilitation. It was about myself and my family and I never thought Wikipedia would go so far as to remove, or threaten to remove, my own personal account of events that transpired in my lifetime.
They 'seemed like' personal attacks because they *were* personal attacks. You did not grow up in my family and you have no idea what a hell my childhood was. Dave 00:47, 13 October 2011 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Davesilvan ( talk • contribs)
Alright this is for the most part fine; Wikipedia is relatively new in the timescale of things and up until about this year or so I thought this was a personal page on information about a Wiki user (me). However (as I just described on the talk page of the information in question) this was the result of 1. wikipedia being a new and exciting source of information, and 2. I survived a horrific motorcycle accident of my own making in 2001 (...6 month coma...) and I wanted to record some things I'd learned after I woke up. However some of what I was told was less than true.
So you can remove any information you see fit, you can add [citation needed] tags around that which you find questionable, I'd just appreciate it if you not delete the entire page because I am, in fact, a person. Not a 'corporate' person like Mitt Romney wrongly suggests, I'm a real person, i have 10 fingers, 10 toes, etc. Dave 05:58, 8 November 2011 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Davesilvan ( talk • contribs)
