The result of the discussion was: Speedied. IAR and BLP. I understand that this page was not created or re-created for malicious reasons, and I have the highest respect for BD2412 as an editor and administrator. However, at best the intent behind the page risks being widely misconstrued, and reported in such a way as to risk the project's being brought into disrepute. This was put into draft and I deleted it as a stupid page creation. Unbelievably its been restored (nice abuse of admin tools there btw) and put into user space. This is wrong on so many levels and the page needs deleting in all forms until its needed. Speculating about the death of someone who just contracted covid is so insensitive its beyond words.
