Peridon for the additional information, couldn't get much information from a web search, however I find it a non-notable advertising campaign and similar content could be merged into a related article.

Delete I've declined the speedy as this isn't a hoax in the sense we use on Wikipedia - an attempt to spread misinformation. It looks to be a part of trying to actually spread information, and is to do with something at
http://fiusm.com/2015/01/26/university-partnership-to-promote-hivaids-awareness/ and is declared to be fictional. However, I feel that it is not notable, and could possibly be regarded as promotional.
