WP:STALEDRAFT states: "Userspace is
not a free web host and should not be used to indefinitely host pages that look like articles, old revisions, or deleted content, or your preferred version of disputed content. Private copies of pages that are being used solely for long-term archival purposes may be subject to
deletion."
Delete. On a fresh look, I see promotion and material not based on suitable sources. That the contributor is a SPA is not a relevant factor. That the contributor specialised in adding a common external link, related to the subject of this page, to several articles is a matter for concern. I suspect the user was here only to promote. --

Wikipedia needs more people than the high edit count regulars to build and maintain content. Much of the continuing material is due to editors who submitted very few contributions, and very focused contributions. These people could easily be labelled SPAs, and so I think it undesirable that this term is used routinely as a disparagement. --

Wikipedia does not need spammers. From the userspace draft: "The founders and collaborators have more than twenty years of experience and a track successful real-world applications in wide different areas."
