  • God does this take me back. According to this page the situation with Qatar and its IPv4 addresses has improved since 2009, to the point that each allocated address represents maybe ~200 individual broadband subscribers, but I think we should try to verify this first, even though there have been no edits by this IP since 2008 (which does kinda make the issue moot either way. — Ipatrol ( talk) 22:51, 8 January 2017 (UTC) reply
