- Page was recently created when Scallion was moved there before reversion, that wasn't there before, so unless that is really needed, the page should go- all talk should happen on the scallion page, them both being colloquial names not differing. —

- No, the page is a valid redirect. Redirects between plant names, whether common or scientific, are flagged as plant redirects on the talk page.
