Ronnie Radke pages

(formatting messed up, no Twinkle, trying to fix...)

These pages are WP:FAKEARTICLEs, mainly in the Wikipedia:Article Incubator. They hadn't been tagged correctly and were categorised and clearly being used as an alternative to mainspace articles by fans. Ronnie Radke has been deleted twice at AfD and declined twice at DRV, and is now a redirect to his old band. His new band Falling in Reverse has been deleted twice at AfD. The band of someone who used to be in Falling in Reverse is MeMyselfAlive - not yet deleted from mainspace, but it has been started in the Incubator, is not notable, and has been linked to these other articles

  • Delete everything in userspace per WP:FAKEARTICLE. Delete the AFC submission because it is a poorly sourced, contentious BLP and per WP:NOT#MYSPACE. No opinion on the rest. MER-C 10:22, 31 May 2011 (UTC) reply
  • Keep Ronnie Radke How can a band be notable but not the lead singer in it? That makes no sense at all. Escape the Fate is a notable band. Buzznet gives coverage about Ronnie Radke. [1] Not sure if his new band Falling In Reverse is notable yet, but it could potentially be, so no sense not having it userfied while someone works on it. Dream Focus 14:12, 5 June 2011 (UTC) reply
Derbyedu's comments

I have seen a few pages been created in the Wikipedia:Article Incubator I have below give a full reason too various article links in reasons whether if they should and should not be deleted. I have a little research on Both Ronnie Radke and his band Falling In Reverse my conclusion is that Ronnie Radke was the former lead vocalist of Escape The Fate and he was kicked from the band do to the invovlement of drugs/ narcotics that lead to his imprisonment in 2008. Though there is quite alot hyped up media from interent music news sources and social networks that after his released from prison he was to join a band called Falling In Reverse. He has and since his prison release in December 2010 he had been recording with Music Producer Michael Baskette. I confirmed source says that Falling In Reverse have been signed to a label and believed to be Epitaph. Many fans have been trying to get back Ronnie Radke's wikipedia article space which he once had during Escape The Fate since then it was deleted. Ronnie Radke was redirected to Escape The Fate and the argument goes that it should not redirect to a band he is not in anymore. Offically the articles were deleted twice at AfD and believed to have been moved to a Wikipedia:Article Incubator to both articles Ronnie Radke and Falling In Reverse were to be worked on only to be white paged or effectivly messed up and made unreadable. I would be greatful if both articles were locked from any Guest edits and geven a chance to be worked on by users here on wikipedia. DerbyEdu ( talk) 22:50, 30 May 2011 (UTC) reply

  • Wikipedia:Article Incubator/Ronnie Radke (Please recosider this article as a singer/musician he does have some credibility his article support anougth cited references on his profile to actually prove this person is a musician DerbyEdu ( talk) 22:39, 30 May 2011 (UTC) ) reply
  • Wikipedia:Article Incubator/Falling In Reverse (Please reconsider this bands article space this band has been confirmed with quite a few cited reference which proves this article needs to be kept in the incubation the article does need some work on it but it would be great if the article was locked from guest edits as previously the article was corrected and the article kept being page blanked and edited by guest members.I have researched the band have actually released a single and have been confirmed to be signed the rock/indie label epitaph DerbyEdu ( talk) 22:39, 30 May 2011 (UTC)) reply
  • Wikipedia:Article Incubator/Falling In Reverse (band) (Please consider deleting the article space there should be not 2 article spaces for Falling In Reverse it would cause confussion. As most bands that have wiki article spaces would like to see good contributions to there main articles DerbyEdu ( talk) 22:39, 30 May 2011 (UTC)) reply
  • Wikipedia:Article Incubator/MeMyselfAlive (I agree Please delete this article it looks irelevent to wikipedia article space and does not show any cited references of the band itslef DerbyEdu ( talk) 22:39, 30 May 2011 (UTC)) reply

RE: *Delete nearly all per WP:FAKEARTICLE and WP:NOTWEBHOST. Because these pages have been repeatedly rejected at AfD and DRV, they should not be hosted on the Article Incubator. However, keep Wikipedia:Article Incubator/Ronnie Radke because it was created on 13 May 2011. Semi-protect because the page is a magnet for BLP vandalism such as this

I agree with the message above and I ould like to appologize for my rant before It can be very stressful as bing a newbie on wiki learning alot of new things here. Okay articles that are in the wiki inclubator that have been deleted and locked by admins are /falling_in_reverse that article was moved into the article space then change to /falling_in_reverse_(band) for some unknown reason but it was requested to keep the orignal article /falling_in_reverse. /Falling_In_Rever_(band) has now been moved into article incubation again but it has been put up for AfD but I have told the admin http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Jayjg to please remove this because the article has been worked on and has anougth references cited throughout the article also there very notible and a reference to the label Epitaph has been confirmed and that had also been cited on the article /Falling_In_Reverse_(band). I believe now it best to keep /Falling_In_Reverse_(band) as the bands official wiki page and stop new articles being created by redirecting them to /Falling_In_Reverse_(band) or AfD them. I have cleaned up /Falling_In_Reverse_(band)its more easy to read and broken down into better sections. /Falling_In_Reverse_(band) should be locked from any guest edits as stated above as the band is quite notible we need to stop BLP vandalism.

  • Delete/Reconsider Please reconsider articles Wikipedia:Article Incubator/Ronnie Radke and Wikipedia:Article Incubator/Falling In Reverse in userspace per WP:FAKEARTICLE. This article's seem to be sourced with reference's and these article's are being worked on as many articles in the Article Incubator tend to grow into the Wikipedia article space. It would be appropriate if these both articles were both locked from any guest edits, the reason is that these articles are continuously updating information on a daily basis and more reference shed more light onto these articles but the article pages keep getting blanked are vandalised by guest edits. Please consider these articles as official articles of the band and musician. DerbyEdu ( talk) 21:06, 31 May 2011 (UTC) reply
Las Vegas Weekly is a free newspaper so not sure if it counts as a reliable source. If so, it does give adequate coverage to his new band, asking him about the songs for its first album, etc. Dream Focus 03:55, 6 June 2011 (UTC) reply
  • Falling In Reverse are a Notible Band

Please check out http://www.fallinginreverse.com that is there offical website and please check out http://www.epitaph.com/artists/artist/287/Falling_In_Reverse they look pretty notible to me please remove AfD for http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Article_Incubator/Falling_In_Reverse_(band) A review may also be great for this article to be moved back into it's wiki's main article space.
