Portal:Tamil civilization

This portal is a substantial duplicate of
Portal:Tamil People. In fact, its only selected article is
Tamil people, which is the main article for the other portal. Additionally, the title implies that it focuses on Tamil civilization, but it doesn't seem to focus on that, just the people. I also don't think there would be much room for refocusing on the civilization specifically. Because of this duplication, the portal should be deleted or redirected.

Withdrawn. While I'm still slightly concerned about the amount of content that the portal can cover, the portal has been changed to not duplicate Portal:Tamil People. Greatedits1 ( I hope so | If not, let me know) 01:42, 18 June 2018 (UTC)

- Request withdrawal – Greatedits1, please withdraw your nomination, as the portal has been rebuilt from scratch and is now about the Tamil Civilization, about which Wikipedia has many articles. All the portal needs now is pictures (nice, but optional). Keep in mind, that with the current tools of the WikiProject Portals, you can build a portal from scratch using {{ box portal skeleton}} in less than an hour (it's mostly just adding article names, as the templates do the rest - very easy). It is preferable to build these portals, rather than MfD them, so that future editors don't have to bother with deletion review to get permission to build the portals when the time comes. Thank you.
