Like Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Portal:Prehistory of Oceania there is no head article on this topic so it can not be an appropriate topic for a portal. The title is a redirect in mainspace. - To what end? It does not serve readers in userspace and it does not meet current (or any conceivable future) Portal guidelines so it is not coming back. If you want to make a copy no one is stopping you this week. Legacypac ( talk) 22:10, 14 April 2019 (UTC)
- It's a broad subject matter with a significant amount of recognized content. It hasn't been well-maintained but that could change if Wikipedia's portal system is renovated to be easier to maintain. I'll make a userspace copy tonight.

- I heard some users tried to renovate the portal system to make things easier to maintain. More details at WP:MFD. Legacypac ( talk) 23:12, 14 April 2019 (UTC)
- It's a broad subject matter with a significant amount of recognized content. It hasn't been well-maintained but that could change if Wikipedia's portal system is renovated to be easier to maintain. I'll make a userspace copy tonight.

- I haven't followed WikiProject Portals since it was created. I was too exhausted from the drama of that attempt a few years ago to delete the portal namespace. Abyssal ( talk) 00:42, 15 April 2019 (UTC)
