Delete not a world class city though big because all cities in India have a lot of people. Page was abandoned with outdated content. Then the portal project broke it. Then the portal project restored it to the old sorry state. So no thanks.

Delete - Abandoned by originator, then diddled with by portal platoon. We don't need thousands of portals for thousands of capitals of first-level administrative subdivisions (Indian states, US states, Canadian provinces, Australian states, Brazilian states, Mexican states, Japanese prefectures).

Delete - Just because its a decently large city doesn't mean its a broad topic requiring the use of a portal, the navbox seems to organize all its related articles quite well.
