Portal:DVD

Portal:DVD ( | talk | history | links | watch | logs)

Automated pseudo-portal, with its "selected articles" list built from a single navbox {{ DVD}}, of which it is a WP:REDUNDANTFORK. (For a full explanation of why this type of portal is redundant, see the wto mass deletions of similar portals: one, and two, where there was overwhelming consensus of a very high turnout to delete a total of 2,555 such portals).

This was a drive-by creation, with only one edit by its creator, and since then only 2 trivial edits.

The head article is a Level-5 Vital Article, i.e. in the 10,001–50,000 range of priority topics. Given the very poor shape of many portals even in the top 1,000 priority and the neglect of this portal since is creation, there is no reason to expect an influx of editors to curate and maintain it.

Just delete it. BrownHairedGirl (talk) • ( contribs) 20:45, 24 April 2019 (UTC) reply

  • Delete the only difference between this and the TTH one click creations is the editor that hit publish using the same few character template. Legacypac ( talk) 20:48, 24 April 2019 (UTC) reply
  • Delete an automatically created portal which doesn't provide meaninfgul content beyond that of the parent article. I did particularly like the selected picture with a caption saying "See text for details", when there was no text. Hut 8.5 21:10, 24 April 2019 (UTC) reply
  • Delete - Yet another pseudo-portal. The analysis by BHG is correct. It doesn't provide either meaningful content or meaninfgul content. Robert McClenon ( talk) 18:59, 25 April 2019 (UTC) reply
