There's nothing in this portal besides a two-sentence introduction copied directly from an old version of
Cape Verde and two images which appear in an infobox on that page, and there hasn't been anything besides that for the last year.

Delete as one of the (very few) members of
WikiProject Cape Verde, I'm fully aware that there is not enough manpower at the moment to fuel such a page. Hopefully in the future. --

Delete The lack of activity and interest would suggest this portal is not needed at the present time.
