Narrow scope heritage portal. 15 schools, plus a handful of related articles. Of course the schools are notable for much more then their sports teams so as topics the schools don't fully count as topics within the scope of this portal (their teams arguably are within the scope). We should not count broadcast partners as they are big companies that happen to carry games. A portal needs at least 20 topics as a bare minimum and this just does not get there.
