As of now, being a maintainer of Portal:Asia, I don't see the point of having both a selected article and a selected biography section. Also, why a biography section? Why not a selected history or geography section? (Please note though, that I was the original creator of the section, but I'm having second thoughts on its purpose...)--

Delete. If the page's creator and pretty much only editor says it's inactive, then it's inactive. It doesn't have any unique content. --

Comment, I'm not sure, are we allowed to use the {{db-author}} tag for portal pages?--

It's a
CSD general criteria - #7, applies to all namespaces. The general rule being, if you made it and you don't want it anymore, it can be speedied.

I don't believe CSD 7 doesn't applies, since a few anon IP's and users have also edited the section. --

Delete Selected article and selected biography are used, to great effect (in my opinion!) on the politics portal. However, I think the nom. is right for Asia selected history or geography section would be better suited. --
