The edit summary for the creation of the page is "i totally did not coin this myself", so it's pretty doubtful that anyone on Wikipedia has ever done a flush edit. Also the creator has been blocked. Roundish ⋆ t c) 17:24, 14 November 2022 (UTC)

It would also not be helpful to “flush edit” as it is very unlikely that you wouldn’t be able to revert to a revision and even if you can’t revert then you can just manually revert it. You could also just see the vandal’s name in the history of the page anyways and doing this would most likely just cause an inconvenience to the other recent page patrollers.Never mind I didn’t read the page correctly. - Delete The concept of flush edits is definitely a thing, and Special:Diff/1114452380 is an example of one, but I don't see any evidence anyone has ever called them that, or why a documentation page on the technique is useful. * Pppery * it has begun... 04:48, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
