Appears to be an essay and not an attempt to write an encyclopedia article. funplussmart ( talk) 01:29, 9 May 2019 (UTC)
- Keep created 5 days ago by a new editor enrolled in a WP education program, not submitted to AfC yet. Plausible topic if not title. It clearly would need a lot of work to be ready for mainspace, but that is the purpose of draft space. I disagree with the nominator; it is most certainly a good faith attempt at an article.
