- Keep - This is an interesting case. The originator has been blocked for what is probably undisclosed paid editing and is definitely undisclosed conflict of interest. However, the originator's conduct does not render the product corrupt. This organization may be capable of being described by a neutral editor. This was "only" COI editing and not suckpoppetry, which I also dislike. Robert McClenon ( talk) 19:34, 9 June 2020 (UTC)
- Merge and redirect to David Lehman. It is borderline notable, but it is little more than an enterprise of David Lehman, and there is nothing in the draft that could be covered in his article, and the absence of mention in his article means that writing this WP:Spinout is premature.
