- Keep - Should not be promoted because, per reviewer comments, it is not currently suitable for mainspace. Should not be deleted because, also per reviewer comments, subject may be notable. I don't understand why action is required here. Drafts do not hang on a precipice between deletion or promotion as the nom appears to believe - there is a comfortable range of content quality for which being a draft is fine option.
