Userfy or move to a WikiProject: Draftspace is a holding pen for keeping newcomer junk out of mainspace. If you know what you are doing, don’t use draftspace.

Delete/do not mainspace Existence of a name on a map or in a database of place names is NOT the basis for notability, and I'm baffled where this idea came from. Of couse the toponym commission might record "a railway point" having appeared on topographic maps (
Google Maps), but that doesn't mean it's notable, should have its own article, or should be in Wikipedia at all!

Keep, but this has nothing to do with notability. Notability does not apply to drafts. This draft was edited, by the addition of the promising draft tag, a month ago, and so is a live draft.
