Draft:Ethan Paisley

Draft:Ethan Paisley ( | talk | history | links | watch | logs)

Advertorially-pitched draft about an aspiring filmmaker, which makes no strong or properly sourced claim that he actually passes WP:CREATIVE for anything as of today. Which wouldn't normally be fatal in draftspace, because drafts are granted some time for improvement -- but since the first rejection in April, the creator has simply punched the resubmit button two more times without actually editing so much as a comma of the article's content to actually address the reasons why the first reviewer rejected it. So this is crossing the line into pointless disruption of the AFC process. Bearcat ( talk) 15:43, 15 June 2017 (UTC) reply

Update: Creator resubmitted the article a third time after this discussion was under way. This time they made some actual changes to the article, but those changes amounted to removing existing sources rather than adding genuinely suitable new ones. Instead of being parked on 26 inadequate sources, it's now parked on just six sources which are still inadequate. For the record, while it's impossible to verify, because the draft is being created and submitted by an anonymous IP, I strongly suspect that this is a direct conflict of interest by Paisley himself or a friend or relative.
