The article is a hoax as there is no such person ever signed to RCA Records or Arista Records. See also similar hoaxes created by a recently indeffed user with a very similar username at Emily Bailey (singer), Draft:Emily Bailey-Carlton and Draft:Emily Isabella Bailey all of which had very similar content to this draft.
