Draft on non-notable actor. Draft was submitted twice, declined first time, rejected second time because not improved after first submission. Draft is being repeatedly edited after rejection by IPs, and then those additions are being, properly, reverted. This will not be an article, but it will not go G13 because it is being (uselessly) edited. That could be prevented by semi-protection, but if any administrative action is taken, it might as well just be deletion.

Delete â I'm one of the serious editors that actually looked for sourcing on Barnes, and the only sourcing on him are passing mentions. IOW, while he arguably passes
WP:NACTOR now, he comes nowhere near passing the far more important notability metric of
WP:BASIC. More alarmingly, this draft has now become a target for
SPI case Cadetrain, and so with that involvement not only is it unlikely that this draft will never be brought up to notability standards (or proper formating!), but it will further be used by Cadetrain to harass
WP:AfC and its volunteers.
WP:NUKEANDPAVE seems appropriate here. Â Note: It may become necessary, ultimately, to
WP:SALTDraft:Cooper Barnes, as well as to permanently semi-protect the redirect at
Cooper Barnes because of Cadetrain. --

Strong keep Someone who passes NACTOR but does not pass BASIC might well do so in time, with additional coverage. Such a draft should certainly not be deleted just because of vandalism. Moreover, someone who passes NACTOR should usually be approved by AfC, not rejected, although I haven't reviews wed this in detail. I am tempted to review and consider approving. If improper edits from IPs are a problem, semi-protection is available.

Comment - A copy of this draft has been created at
Draft:Cooper Barnes (Actor). It is a rip-off of the original draft, evidenced even by the misspelling of the actor's nationality as 'Ameircan'. This is probably
sockpuppetry, but the first thing to do obviously is to bundle this copy, which is an exact copy, into this MFD.

Delete and salt existing redirect: Needs another show besides the Danger series. Not enough external news sources as researched by
IJBall. This may go the way of
Olivia Rodrigo who didn't get a page until after she landed her second major series.

Keep it is in draft and can remain until such time as the article is moved to main space. We encourage editors to proceed as such.
