The Open History: Queens and Wikipedia Edit-a-Thon was held on Friday December 6, 2013 at Queens Library Central Library's Archive located in Jamaica, Queens.
The Queens Library, Wikimedia NYC, and the Metropolitan New York Library Council had an all-day Wikipedia Edit-a-Thon and public training event on Friday, December 6th at the Queens Library Central Branch. The event focused on Queens History, Queens historical figures, the Queens Library System, and the special topics covered in the Queens Archives.

This event is part of Wikipedia Takes America and Wiki Loves Libraries and the Wikipedia:GLAM/QueensLibrary project.
