Make new friends, have fun, and learn something new, while celebrating Women’s History Month through our Art+Feminism Wikipedia Edit-a-thon. Art+Feminism is an international campaign where people come together to improve coverage of women and the arts on Wikipedia. During the Edit-a-thon, we will be updating and creating Wikipedia articles on subjects related to gender, art, and feminism, with a focus on artists represented in Mia’s collection.
Please bring a laptop with you as we will only have a limited number available for use.
No Wikipedia experience necessary; training session at 12:15 p.m. for newcomers on the day of the event. Library resources will be on hand for researching artists in the museum's collection. We will also be providing light refreshments and will be presenting a specially designed award cookie for those attendees that add content during the Wikipedia Edit-a-thon.
Free, tickets required. To register, call 612-870-6323 or reserve online.

Below is a list of articles that need expansion and additional citations. All of these artists are represented in the collection at the Minneapolis Institute of Art.
