The 2014 Workshop Facilitator Training was a three-day training session in Washington, DC, intended to teach attendees effective strategies for hosting Wikipedia workshops and allow them to put those skills into practice. It was hosted by Wikimedia DC on Aug 29–31, 2014, and based on the systemic bias kit.

We invited ten candidates from the U.S. and Canada, plus local aspiring organizers in the Washington, DC, area. Travel expenses and accommodations were covered for attendees. The event was a success.
