I'm really interested in becoming a mediator since I've done mediation at Wikipedia so far in a number of cases. Some examples include Talk:Moldovan language and the problems with User:86.105.71.34 (see 1, 2). Outside of en.wiki, I've been involved in coming to an agreement at the highly-controversial Moldovan Wikipedia (see here). I'm a firm believer in mediation and justice in general. One of my most important goals as a potential mediator is to fully listen to both sides and attempt to make both of them engage in constructive dialogue and feel empathy, since I believe that the most apt accelerant of conflict is misunderstanding, isolation and alienation.
