Where is the dispute?

This section should explain where the problem is. For example, link the articles or pages where the dispute is taking place.

Who is involved?

A short list of the users involved, for example;

What is the dispute?

I contributed link to the External Links section of the page. In the discussion tab of that page I posted why this did not violate WP:NPOV. The link was removed by talk:93.174.93.246. So was my entry in the discussion tab and this indicated that talk:93.174.93.246 did not want to discuss why I violated WP:NPOV or why the link should not be there. I do not need to click the undo link three times to know there is an edit war going on here. I know it is already happening. Please see User_talk:Artist86 where I have posted my response to talk:93.174.93.246 to see why I believe the link belongs there. Also see the talk:93.174.93.246 heading in the history list to see why I believe there is an edit war.

Hmmm. Let's see what User:Artist86 (a/k/a User:J.A.I.L. Webmaster a/k/a User:98.96.255.6) had to say about it "This article linked to was written by Anthony D'Amato who at the time of its writing in 1990 probably never heard of Ron Branson because in 1990 J.A.I.L. did not exist." [1] So, to review, we have a sockpuppet using at least 3 different logins AT THE BEHEST OF J.A.I.L. 4 Judges leader Ron Branson, who has directed him minions to post spam and other material here [2]. This latest sockpuppet readily admits the link has absolutely nothing to do with J.A.I.L. 4 Judges, but nevertheless wants the link included. I would have to say....no.

What would you like to change about this?

I would like the link I placed there to be restored. If someone has a problem with my contribution I would like to have a civil discussion about it with that someone.

How do you think we can help?

I believe talk:93.174.93.246 has an extreme bias against J.A.I.L. 4 Judges and so wants to keep any evidence supporting the need for it from the page. That my posting was deleted from the discussions tab means this person does not want to discuss content on the page and keep only what that person wants on that page. This is a disruption to the development of the information on the page. I believe talk:93.174.93.246 needs to be dealt with as any disruptive person at Wikipedia should be. I am posting here as required to see what can be done here before I go to formal mediation.
