Where is the dispute?
The dispute concerns the Hotel Reservation Service article but more recently a block for 24 hours by Nolispanmo in the German Wikipedia after an unjustified and constructed vandalism accusation (a first accusation was confirmed by Hic_et_nunc to have been unjustified).

- Several IP numbers
What is the dispute?
Several IP numbers and Wo_st_01 did revert my edits and proposals on the article page in an aggressive manner. I did request a block of the article because several IP numbers did not participate in the discussion but instead reverted my edits and tried to threatened me with false accusations of vandalism. After the block the IP numbers and Wo_st_01 continued their (Edit-War) behavior on the talk page. After a second false accusation of vandalism I was blocked by Nolispanmo for 24 hours.
What steps have you already taken to try and resolve the dispute?
None, I'm blocked from editing the German Wikipedia.
What issues needs to be addressed to help resolve the dispute
The mediator should ask Nolispanmo to reconsider his view. He is neither open-minded nor unbiased in his handling of the situation.
What can we do to help resolve this issue?
Maybe it would help to explain to Wo_st_01 some of the policies he tries to apply. For instance: He is allowed to remove my edits from the talk page because I didn't mention any sources. It is irrelevant that I am still looking for those sources, he demands that unsourced material can be removed immediately from the talk page because the facts I mention are "personal insider knowledge". (I called that censorship.)
- For instance: HRS did copy the database of Pegasus Solutions in breach of contract. I know that because I wrote the Pegasus connector software for HRS at that time. [1] (I worked as a software consultant and I did neither have a contract with HRS nor with Pegasus Solutions). The database was available as a subscription, which I recommended, but the management decided to make an illegal copy instead. I later informed Pegasus Solutions about this fact. I'm just not sure whether they sued HRS or not and if they did, which court was competent.
Do you realise that mediation requires an open mind, collaborating together in an environment of camaraderie and mutual respect, with the understanding that to reach a solution, compromise is required?
