• It shall be Wikipedia administrative language policy to resolve translation/ transliteration/ transcription and article content conflicts in the English-language Wikipedia project through consensus-based neutrality ( NPOV) between collaborating Wikipedia English-language and foreign-language boards of editors. The “one-language rule” or OLR is subsumed under this policy.

• Corollary: It shall be Wikipedia policy to identify editor cabals engaged in the misapplication, misinterpretation or misunderstanding of this policy or of the Wikipedia one-language rule.
