This is not a free photo. It is a cropped photo of Peter Shelokhonov and Sophie Marceau in St.Petersburg in 1997. Look here

If you click on logs, you will see that the image originally came from a book and it was uploaded as a non-free image by user:Rjaklitsch in December 2007. Note how Ultraviolet scissor flame avoids the fact about falsely claiming to be the "copyright holder", he does not own the photo.
DELETE.Vonita (

[3] I made a mistake last year, when I was a beginner at Wiki, and used a PD tag for this image, because I did not believe at that time that my late father could be cut out of my own photo. My honest mistake was treated by wikipedians with common sense and respect to my late father, actor
Petr Shelokhonov. This time I must thank
Vonita (
talk) for diligence and common sense. I also uploaded this photo on IMDb and signed it. The photo was taken by me with personal permission from Sophie Marceau after filming a scene for
Anna Karenina (1997 film) St. Petersburg, Russia, and I own the negative of this photo. Vonita is right that this image is due to appear in a book (but how did Vonita know that? we are still in the process of making the book). Once again: my mistake with using a PD tag for this image was corrected by deleting my original and its fragment from Wikipedia and Wikimedia

This would only be fair use in an article discussing the book, and we don't have one. The image was formerly used in the
Chimalpahin article, which does not actually discuss it (though the book discusses Chimalpahin).

WP:NFCC-violation. I am nominating the 39 music samples of ABBA music I found. Not every sample should be deleted but 39 samples fails criteria 3a, minimal usage. Also I have not found any commentary on these samples in the text. There may be some instances where sample is ok, but the music sample has to be referenced in the text. I urge the uploader to show us the instances where such commentary is given.
