The result of the discussion was: delete. Reply letter from copyright holder made no mention of releasing the image to the public domain as requested. See

WP:NFCC-violation. There are already two free images of the platform in the article. This one shows it when its being moved. I don't see the significance of this image to justify fair use when we already have images of the platform.

Keep. This photograph enhances the article, because I think some would find it incredulous that a platform of this size could be delivered on a ship.

No, I'm sorry - where are you going to find a good reference? Best one can do is a web link that is here today and gone tomorrow. Keep the picture as per
WP:NFCC — the image fulfils the criteria. You are hand-waving at
WP:NFCC and not actually supporting your argument. Or should I say crusade?

Please read the nomination criteria before you comment.
WP:NFCC has to be met even if we have permission, and that it is great image i not relevant. It is not needed.
