Invalid fair use rationale. Contrary to the template, the image is not used "to illustrate the audio recording in question", but to show how the person
Nana (rapper) looks like, a clear violation of
WP:NFCC#1 - he is alive and still active. (Even if there were an article about the album in question, the image would not be suitable since apparently it does not show the cover artwork of the album, but a page from the booklet which was selected not because of its relevance to the album, but because it contained a portrait of the musician.) Uploader has removed a "disputed fair use rationale" several times before without explanation.

Actually this is not a poster, but a handpainted cloth hanged at street. Copyright not applicable, the symbols showed are election symbols not copyrights. --

Could you please link to the Indian law which says that symbols of political parties are not protected by copyright. Because unless such a law exists the base assumption is that everything is protected by copyright. /

Another image where this uploader claims that the image has been released under a free license by the copyright holder, but the given source does not say so. The fair use rationale given in addition is invalid per
WP:NFCC#1.

I downloaded that photo to my computer years ago and didn't record from where because I didn't know I was going to upload it to Wikipedia. Image-googling 'schunck' doesn't help. But the photo was taken at the time of the opening of the glaspaleis, so in 1935. That makes it 72 years old. Isn't that sufficient?

It is very likely that the image is of a
prepubescent girl, and could thus violate the child pornography laws applicable in the U.S. state of Florida (where Wikimedia servers are located). Please keep in mind that when it comes to possibly illegal content, the policy of
no censorship is not applicable.
