Not deleted. This is not a matter for IFD. Make a decision at
Talk:Teabagging on whether the image stays in the article. If it's to be removed, then come back and nominate it here for deletion. howcheng {

Keep. The image in question clears up the article immensely. With just the article alone as reference, one can imagine all sorts of things, but the picture is exactly what teabagging is supposed to be. I would know. If the real problem is the low quality, then make or find a better picture in the public domain.

This image depicts a fictional character, for which there are already non-free images performing this purpose. Further, this image does not illustrate the character, but an indeterminate person in shadows. The aspect of unidentifiability does not need a copyrighted image to identify it. — pd_THOR|=/\= |

Keep, there are indeed already non-free images displaying the individual however this image is used to show him as he originally appeared for the first half of season one, as a perpetually shrouded figure. It is a direct screencap from the episode One Giant Leap (Heroes). The indeterminate person is another reason for its inclusion as the person under the shadows is not
Zachary Quinto, the actor cast when Sylar stopped appearing this way, but someone else who (when photoshop is used to enhance the image) is notable significantly older at least in his forties with a beard. The other images of Sylar display this in no way, shape or form. –– Lid(

Oi. I don't agree that the image should be needed to display the character shrouded, that's just a picture of the character hiding and doesn't need further non-free media to explain. However, if there are
WP:RS for these instances of the character being portrayed by a different actor, that would warrant inclusion in the article and this image (appropriately lightened as you mentioned) could be appropriate to duly illustrate that information. — pd_THOR|=/\= |

It is already listed he was portrayed by numerous actors under the trivia section before Quinto was cast in the role, as for a lightened version to show what I'm saying is accurate:

I will note however it is not simply the character hiding as in all of his appearances until Six Months Ago they all were in shadow no matter where he was. Additional appearances of the perpetually shrouded Sylar can be seen in
Seven Minutes to Midnight (Heroes) and
Homecoming (Heroes). Seven Minutes is especially notable as he is in a sunlight cafe yet they filmed it in such a way as to have his face be perpetually obscured. –– Lid(
Talk)14:54, 26 May 2007 (UTC)reply
Keep: Sylar in shadows is an "iconic" appearance of the character that appears multiple times in the 1st half of the season, and is seperate and distinct from his appearance later after his face is revealed.

no evidence it was released as promo material. source is a fansite. this image is more likely original from cwtv.com, which is surely not a source for promo material Abu badali(

Delete - it was about to be replaced anyway with the DVD cover. The cover art was released but it's too tiny to use, I assume that a better image will become available within another month or two. Scrap this one. If it will be easier I'll put up for speedy delete. Probably not the formal way to do it, but it's getting replaced one way or the other. Move to Wikimedia Commons - Its use has been replaced by

Non-free image that has been previously added to
GameSpot and
web page. The image is far too large to be considered fair use on
GameSpot (a smaller image does already exist
here). The fair use claim for use on
web page is entirely invalid, as a free version of such an image could easily be made. — ---

Copyright violation. Questionable license. An image search for 'fried brain sandwich' on Google reveals many images with a higher resolution and links to AP stories.
This weblog features a higher-resolution photograph, likely from the Yahoo news story it links to. Then,
this weblog hosts the same higher-resolution photo, noting that it's from AP. This leads me to believe that this is a non-free, replaceable Associated Press photo. — Rebelguys2talk23:46, 26 May 2007 (UTC)reply
The user stated on my talk page, "It's a photo from a restaurant I worked in Evansville (where I'm from) called the Hilltop Inn. They are one of the few places that still serve brain sandwiches." Given all of the evidence, I find that extremely difficult to believe, but I'm just throwing it out there... — Rebelguys2talk18:23, 28 May 2007 (UTC)reply
