Orphaned image. I tagged this image as having no source or license. The uploader removed these tags and added to the talk page, "This image was taken by Officer Dave Cataldo when he was at Gulfport during Katrina. He is seen with Officer Bryan Swann (Right)" and the edit summary indicated permission had been granted for upload. This image is deletable as an orphan, still not licensed (which I understand is fixable) and unencyclopedic as a personal photo.-

The uploader had removed the ifd tag and adding text about the ownership and permission by the subject. I reapplied the tag and left a personal note on the uploader's talk page.--

Absent uploader (Zachdreschman) overwrote previous picture (which was probable Copyright violation), but didn't update source or provide license information. Image is Low quality.

Irreplaceable although non-iconic image from a press agency depicting Saddam Hussein's burial, used only to illustrate an artilce's section about the Saddam Hussen's burial (
Execution of Saddam Hussein#Burial), i.e., the original market role of the original copyrighted media. Abu badali(
