Uploaded by Captain picard (

Eiffel Tower at night are copyright - unfortunately, when photographing a building, it is not always true that copyright belongs to the photographer.

Most of these were actually press release photos, so I've retagged them as {{promotional}}. Those which did not fall into a blanket fair use category were deleted. howcheng {

Image:Danny1.jpg -- not deleted; I have no reason to doubt that it is a scan of a poster as it says it is. howcheng {

The above five images were uploaded by
Wtstoffs (
Wtstoffs). I tagged them with {{
subst:nsd}} last night. In the case of these five images, the uploader removed my warning from his talk page and removed the template from the image. In some cases, he added more details about the image, but did not actually provide the source itself. Since they are unlikely to be fixed or to stay tagged for a week, I am bringing them to IFD instead. There were several other images of his that I found a source for and tagged with a source - and I have no objections to keeping any of these if they can be sourced and if that source can qualify for fair use (IE, not a media photo).

Uploaded by AStudent (
notify).OR, UE, appears to be a photograph of alogo from a t-shirt. If that is the case, then even though the user created the photograph, the t-shirt design itself would still be subject to copyright and owned by its creator.-

Uploaded by Allisonhenry (

KFC. Propably not a legitimate license either.- —

Speedy delete as attack image/pure vandalism - the woman is Ingrid Newkirk, the founder of
PETA.
