Hi, it would be nice to have one or more resolutions intermediate between 755 × 1,024 pixels and 10,485 × 14,223 pixels, the latter being nearly 200 times the size of the former and hardly feasible to download or view. Also, a note on the above page says "The original file has a large number of pixels and when opened at full resolution, may either not load properly or cause your browser to freeze. These problems can be avoided by use of the ZoomViewer." However, when I try to use the "ZoomViewer" I get an error "No response from server iipsrv.fcgi". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A00:23C8:7B08:6A00:D9C5:AB0:19EC:73D5 ( talk) 02:00, 1 November 2020 (UTC)

still doesn't work (though this may be related to the fact that I'm getting a 429 error (too many requests) on Commons now while playing with it instead of the 500 error I got earlier at the same resolution (3495px). I'll update here with the phab ticket when I get to reporting it. —[

When does a fertilized egg become considered a living human, which can then be considered a life capable of killing. You see how messy it gets? Just remove that part. It’s unnecessary. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 73.85.222.120 ( talk) 03:48, 1 November 2020 (UTC)
I am trying to add an image to the infobox on the Wikipedia Stub "Koori" ( /info/en/?search=Koori). Every time I add an image, it comes out huge, and I can't figure out how to edit its size.
Thank you! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bella2129 ( talk • contribs) 06:52, 1 November 2020 (UTC)
Thank you both! Much appreciated --

Several years ago I deleted (or tried to delete) my "WP membership" then later attempted to resume the same. "Restart Process" was displayed (it' been a while now, it's still there) - I've no recollection of anything beyond what is now displayed). I never succeeded in restarting the same id. Any suggestions? Thanks 67.160.197.209 ( talk) 07:38, 1 November 2020 (UTC)

However, the talk page for the main page, including errors to DYK etc, was open to all edits until fairly recently. How can I find out when and why it was placed under semi-protection? Hello, Please change the display tile from: User:Ziv Aviram to Ziv Aviram

On Hawaii Five-O reboot (2010) and MacGyver reboot (2016) on the far right side of the page scroll down and you see season 1, if you click for Season 2 you can see a new screen with just that season info there. Same is the case for MacGyver. However for Magnum PI after season one ended and season 2 started you continued season 2 on the same page grouping everything together. So cast names have increased because 2 seasons as does the references at the end. I generally print out each season and keep for my files but I am unable to do this for this show. Is it possible you can reformat this show so that it appears like the other two? I tried cutting and pasting the info for the season I wanted but that did not work. Please accommodate me by making this simple change. I would appreciate your reply. Thank you and BE SAFE. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2604:2000:B8C1:F400:BD86:F53E:CD31:BA92 ( talk) 19:27, 1 November 2020 (UTC)
I have asked before at the Help Desk about a technique called piping, and have done experiments on my sandbox to see whether this would get me to the article on Martin Luther. I would like to know whether it is possible to use a similar technique to go to specific sections of the article on Martin Luther - for example, Section 8, the section on Luther's translation of the Bible. Many thanks in advance for your help. Vorbee ( talk) 19:45, 1 November 2020 (UTC)

, you can always insert it as a symbol (CharInsert should have it). If you're using the visual editor (or new wikitext mode), you can also find it by clicking on Ω in the editor's toolbar and navigating to the "Symbols" section (first row). —

I have now tried to see whether Tillich MC gets me to the section on the article on Paul Tillich on his method of correlation, and it seems to be working now, so a big thank you for all your help.
