Can somebody please give me a rudimentary tutorial about editing light and dark uniforms (incl. light and dark color application)? I'm new to this stuff and getting confused how to edit one especially the blank uniforms in basketball. TruPepitoM Talk To Me 00:27, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
can I import my data from ancestry to my book here? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jacquelinermike ( talk • contribs) 00:28, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
When I edited a page a list of wikimarkups used to appear at the bottom so as whenever I clicked on, for example, "default sort" the default sort template for categories would automatically appear on the page. This has now disappeared without me altering my preferences. Is there any way I can get this to return as it was very useful and it's removal will mean wasting a lot of time looking for the formula for the markup I want? Apologies if this is the wrong place for this query as I haven't required technical help in all my years on Wikipedia before. Keresaspa ( talk) 01:10, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
What happens when:
What determines stale? Is an indef-block by definition for a given period of time and after that the user can start again with a new account or two, dance the same dance, add the same outdated references and questionable sources again and again?
Clarification will be appreciated. Thanks. History2007 ( talk) 09:52, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
Thanks. They zappped it based on behavior anyway. History2007 ( talk) 22:39, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
Hello,
I am really confused now. In User:GreatOrangePumpkin/Sandbox34, I am not sure why dollar is less than Russian ruble. I really need to figure out what should I do first and so on. Regards.-- Kürbis ( ✔) 11:26, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
1,200 rubles ($1036 as of 2024)
, thus you are using a conversion of 1.5 rubles to the dollar in 1837. Where did you get that figure? ---—

Hi
I hope this is the right place for this question.
The article on Swinton seems to claim it as being in "Greater Manchester" when it is in Lancashire.
How do I correct this please?
Many thanks, yours sincerely

Hi. I'm trying to use Huggle, but it says "Huggle is not enabled for your account" every time I try to log in. I already have the coding for it in User:TBrandley/huggle.css, and am a rollbacker here. TBr and ley 15:24, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
enable:true
in
User:TBrandley/huggle.css. I think enable-all:true
is a global setting at
Wikipedia:Huggle/Config to say that Huggle is allowed on this wiki.

I am logged in as username = Davellan
I went ahead and made an article draft called "Kimura Trap System"
I saved the file, and was trying to find out how to publish it, when wikipedia wiped out the article for me. I couldn't go back to it, and I can't find it anywhere. I have a few hours working on it just now, so I am pretty pissed that it can't access the article even though I have been saving it on the editor.
Please tell me how to find this file. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Davellan ( talk • contribs) 16:36, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
That sucks. I saved it at least 6 times and entered a captcha code when prompted. I was logged into this account during the editing as well. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.143.11.102 ( talk) 00:12, 3 October 2012 (UTC)
Hello, I uploaded an image. The title is wrong, and I want to change it, but now it is uploaded, there is no option to rename. How cna I do it? This is the link http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Iglesia_de_San_Francisco_La_Plata_Argentina_-Oto%C3%B1o.JPG
The problem is that it is not the Church of San Francisco, but the "Museo de Ciencias Naturales, Argentina in Autumn" Is there a way I can correct that? Thank you. 18:51, 30 September 2012 (UTC) Biruma ( talk)

Hi. At the bottom of my edit screen, I used to see editing tools that I could click on, like the pipe symbol, and the code for a hidden comment. Now it does not appear at all. How can I get it back? Thanks! -- Ssilvers ( talk) 21:04, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
Hello,
I am doing an article on an author named "R.M. Engelhardt" and yesterday attempted to politely get answers from one of the editorial staff upon her talk page( Mdann52). What happened was that I received no feedback whatsoever from her & my talk was deleted from her page in asking specifics and for help with my first article. I searched her archives but it looks as though the talk was deleted. Could someone please, another editor get back to me here on Wikipedia who can please give me practical & helpful advice on my article. This is quite frustrating and would like to create more articles in the future. Thank you.

I would just like to say that in the paragraph below the subject line it says that ivan velazquez caballero(known as el taliban)was captured on the 26th of september 2012 bringing the total to 24 out of the 37 most wanted captured or killed so far, which is infact not correct as it should be 25 out of the 37 as Jorge eduardo Costilla Sanchez(known as El Coss)was captured on the 12th of september 2012(it was definately him as he was in a photo being paraded in handcuffs in front of the mexican press/media after his capture)just thought I should let you know about this as it needs to be put in words(added to)before and in front of the words that mention the capture of ivan Velazquez caballero on 26th september 2012 86.159.153.146 ( talk) 22:08, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
