Would it be possible for someone to please create SVG files for the ten finalist designs (listed as "A" to "J") from The Oregonian newspaper's 2008 contest to try and find a new flag for Oregon? They can all be seen on this page
here. And of course, even if anyone wanted to try creating only some of them rather than all, it would still be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Snow Lion Fenian Almost Done. Flag (I) I think little bit hard for me, But I will try it! Really I don't know about this topic. But I really like it. I think Flags Filenames are correct? If anything wrong please change it. Thanks for your requests.

Sriveenkat: Great job, thank you for doing these! Yes, the filenames are all fine, thanks for asking. And there's no pressure, if you end up deciding that any of the remaining flags are too difficult, then that's okay.

Sriveenkat: Thank you very much indeed! Just one last thing before I close this request... regarding the John Mothershead proposal, there appear to be two (very thin) vertical transparent lines at the upper-left and bottom-right sides of the flag (beside the green-and-gold stripe patterns in both cases), which results in both sets of green-and-gold stripes not fully reaching the exact side-edges of the flag. Any chance they could be filled in? Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks again profusely for all your work.

I would like to use the following diagram: "Figure 5.8, Clean hydrogen policy priorities", from the IRENA
World Energy Transitions Outlook 2022 p. 227. I asked IRENA several weeks ago if they could release it under a CC license and they have not responded. Could someone please create a version of this diagram Many thanks in advance.

Page 2 of the file mentioned "Unless otherwise stated, material in this publication may be freely used, shared, copied, reproduced, printed and/or stored, provided that appropriate acknowledgement is given of IRENA as the source and copyright holder. Material in this publication that is attributed to third parties may be subject to separate terms of use and restrictions, and appropriate permissions from these third parties may need to be secured before any use of such material." IDK if it's approriate enough to just extract and upload the original illustration onto Commons and assign it with an equivalent CC license (?!). Hwi.

Can someone vectorize the (as of 2017) updated coat of arms for Manaus on its file page and that of the city's flag? Currently both vector files only contain an embedded PNG image. --

The current flag of Orkney, which was "Design 2" in the competion. I'd recommend using it as a template in the creation of both "Design 3" and "Design 5".
Could someone please create individual SVG files for the other four finalists from the 2007 competition organised to create an official flag for
Orkney, as shown in the image above (and I'd recommend labelling them "Design 1", "Design 3", "Design 4" and "Design 5" respectively). Thanks.

I have vectorized said image, but have since realized that it may not be appropriate to upload given the non-free content policy.

It is an
SVG file which the resolution is largely symbollic and changing the resolution basically makes no practical difference, not sure why you want to "resize" it? Hwi.

The US Army Military Supply Class Symbols is the article on
classes of supply is obsolete. The symbols for a couple have changed, and there is a new Class X.
They can be found in
this document on pages 199 to 201. (Ignore the blue - that is just showing the placement - the icons should just be the black and white parts like the old ones).

MOS:ACCESS very well because the distinction between the regions is made solely by color. I have been advised that adding a dark border around the sections will allow for a map key to identify the regions based on both numbers and colors. The original file was produced in Microsoft Paint but I don't have the familiarity or access to image software to easily add a dark border here.
