No freedom of panorama for 3D artworks in the U.S. This sculpture was likely created no earlier than 1985 (the year the franchise was established) and thus too new to be in public domain. Unlikely to be eligible for fair use as the parent article already has tons of images. Ixfd64 ( talk) 00:23, 20 January 2023 (UTC)

After enquiring with Pickering and Ajax public libraries, it has transpired that this photograph was first published in 1982 and probably taken for the 1982 Heritage Ajax article where it was found. This means it is clearly non-free in both the US and Canada. Since the building depicted has been destroyed in 1982, a new replacement can no longer be found. However, I would like to check with those more well-versed in non-free image rules whether this image meets the guidelines given that there are already a number of images included in the Pickering College article and there may well be an older PD image of this building. May be allowed by MOS:TVIMAGE, but the title card lacks "13" since Big Brother logo(s) dropped the number part after the tenth season. Even with different background, I fail to see how the intertitle is contextually significant to Big Brother 13 (American season). George Ho ( talk) 20:20, 20 January 2023 (UTC)

May be allowed by MOS:TVIMAGE, but the title card/logo uses a door instead of "11", even with different background. Potentially fails WP:NFCC#8 for usage in Big Brother 11 (American season) George Ho ( talk) 20:24, 20 January 2023 (UTC)

This non-free image is not the subject of any significant sourced commentary in either the Joe Palma article or the Harriette Tarler article. Fails WP:NFCC#8. Whpq ( talk) 20:41, 20 January 2023 (UTC)
