In light of the general consensus that an album should only have one standard cover, I am uncertain whether this Target-exclusive cover is necessary for Template:Infobox album. I do not think this satisfies WP:NFCC criterion 3 of "minimal use", because from online retailers such as Spotify or Apple Music, this album has one cover for both standard and deluxe versions, which is already in use. Therefore, I doubt whether this meets the non-free use rationale: to show the primary visual image associated with the work, and to help the user quickly identify the work and know they have found what they are looking for.
