Delete The file is a poster commemorating the dissolution of Ulster Special Constabulary. However, the image is just an illustration, and can be replaced by text easily without any adverse effects. Therefore the file may be a violation of WP:NFCC#8. 廣九直通車 ( talk) 11:06, 7 September 2019 (UTC)
- Keep The place of graphics with The Troubles is a major one. We have many photographs of the murals (on both sides) and posters such as this have just as important a place. Andy Dingley ( talk) 12:10, 7 September 2019 (UTC)
- Delete. If posters like this are as important as Andy Dingley claims, one would expect to find sourced critical commentary of them in the article the file is used in, which is the requirement for meeting WP:NFCC#8. – Finnusertop ( talk ⋅ contribs) 18:22, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
- That would be to assume that WP is already complete and correct. A better question, for the purposes of deleting resources like this, is whether such sourced critical commentary of them is available and can be added to the article.

- The only relevant assumption here is
WP:NFCCE: "it is the duty of users seeking to include or retain content to provide a valid rationale; those seeking to remove or delete it are not required to show that one cannot be created". –

- That would be to assume that WP is already complete and correct. A better question, for the purposes of deleting resources like this, is whether such sourced critical commentary of them is available and can be added to the article.
