Note:I acknowledge that there was another
file for deletion request, but I still believe that the file should be deleted
The file is a poster depicting Russophobia. The previous discussion only states that the file is non-replaceable, yet I believe that the file itself does not have enough contextual significance.
Imagine that if the file is removed, the section about
Anti-Russian sentiment#Ukraine can still be described extensively, without the file. Moreover, the previous discussion was made in 2007, but after 2014 when Russia intervened Ukrainine, anti-Russian sentiment soared, and we have plenty of free media about it, for example, the song and slogan
Putin khuylo! (
Commons category).
As a result, it is believed that the file violated
WP:NFCCP#8, and should be deleted.
