I'm having issues reconciling the copyright permissions notice on the file with the reality of the file. I'm not sure so I'm bringing it here. 1) The uploader is now indeffed for uploading copyright violations which makes it dubious anyway. 2) The permissions states it's available because "it was first published before 1978 without complying with U.S. copyright formalities or after 1978 without copyright notice and it was in the public domain in its home country on the URAA date (January 1, 1996 for most countries)." It was published in the Belfast Telegraph newspaper in 1986 so I don't see how it can be compliant with that statement. Unless I'm oblivious to something, newspaper reports are not public domain in the United Kingdom so it fails both of those clauses. Canterbury Tail talk 20:13, 6 June 2019 (UTC)
